and notices simplify policy handling. Reinsurance and facultative insurance
information can also be accommodated.
Document System- For those companies writing in various states, a document
management system helps to accommodate the differences of numerous state statutes
regarding approved documentation. Our document system is set up to handle
multiple companies, states, and document effective dates. Individual policy
information is automatically inserted by the system where required.
Reporting- A wide range of reports for varying purposes are available
for management, ISO (Insurance Services Organization) statistical reporting
and regulatory agencies. There are reports run automatically on a cyclical
basis as well as many user requested reports available off menus. Most have a
user request screen for them to customize the nature of the report.
In addition they can select to have output printed on paper or to a file
for spreadsheet or other system.
Intricacies- Although there are many intricacies to be handled with the
insurance software, the programs and screens are structured to present the user
a systematic approach to avoid errors, and to be flexible as well. The underlying
database tables and programs are developed with this end in mind.
